Basically, Samson is a mortal imbued with the combined power and might of the Chief gods of Earth's ancient pantheons: (Greek, Norse, Celtic, Japanese, Native American, Hindu, Egyptian, etc). Since the rise of Christianity, the Elder gods decided to pull back from influencing the affairs of mankind. However, they still wanted to keep a connection to humanity as a way of protecting humanity from the evil forces of their respective pantheons (Greeks - TITANS, Norse - GIANTS, etc...)

Over two thousand years ago, at the end of the first rainbow to grace the skies after The GREAT FLOOD, the elder gods bathed a pregnant woman, pure in spirit, with their combined power and might endowing her child with their gifts.

The child, taking the name Samson, grew into a powerful, courageous, compassionate and wise protector of mankind. Walking the Earth all these years, battling ancient monsters of legend and walking among gods as an equal, Samson continues his immortal purpose to guard mankind from evil in all its monsterous forms.

CB you know i'd be all over this if i could brother! I had to scrounge all the disposable income i could muster to get to the herocon this year. Any other time i am barely surviving though. Great to see ya back at it though and you know i always look forward to your stuff.
